Quality Control and After-Sales Service

Product Authenticity Guarantee +
The store guarantees that all products we provide come from original factories, authorized agents, and authorized distributors, and are all original and brand new parts. We will provide inspection records for all orders delivered by the customer service team.
Warranty and Returns +
We offer a one-year warranty after delivery of the product. We will not accept order cancellations unless the customer has a valid reason and evidence to prove that our products are not original or new parts.
Reporting Quality Issues +
When you encounter quality issues after receiving the product, please contact us within 3 working days. We will replace the parts with new ones according to the after-sales service agreement. For transportation damage, please receive the package immediately and keep photos for record purposes.
Formal Product Release Description +
A formal description includes but is not limited to: text description, photos, videos, and preliminary testing. The store will replace the new parts and bear the transportation costs after confirming the issue.
